Today I was looking at my Sun Earth Day pics on facebook had and had a visual
of something else I was just studying. Superconductivity. Specifically (Phonons).
The theory created by ( John Bardeen Leon Neil -Cooper- John Robrt Schrieffer) Nobel Prize Physics 1972 -proved atoms of metals have crytal lattice like structures simliar to tinker toys. The wooden disk represents the potential path of the electrons. Since surrounded by liquid helium the atoms move slow. But at superconducting temperatures the electrons can pair up. Speed through the lattice with great efficiency. The actual matter is in a completely new state separate from matter, gas, or liquid during superconduction.  The phonon process as its called occurs when electrons enter the lattice and two positively charged atoms get tugged slightly foward. 

Thats when My Sun Earth day Nasa pics became familair. The sun like the earth 
each has a magnetic field. A magnetic charge.

applying these formulas to the sun we can see that the magnetic fields arise out of the movement of charges through its highly conductive plasma. Just as magnetic fields in plasma arise out of this movement so do fields through coil. Each sun spot a separate event with different charcteristics. The nature of plasma is that electrons are not bound to atoms. As a result, ions and electrons are free to move about. This makes plasma Highly Conductive. Therby causing magnetic field lines to be frozen in plasma. Fluid motions in plasma bring together two frozen oppositely directed field lines.

The suns magnetic field also changes at the peak of the sunspot cycle. During a solar cycle sunspots can be counted with x-rays images. Solar and terrestial fields behave differently because of the flow of magnetic flux to the north or south. We can also plot the suns average magnetic field. Like a sun which could be compared to a maget with north and south polaritys there are also similaritys in the atoms of a superconductive material. Positively charged ions that propel the  electrons negative charge. Should are ships of tommorow be based
on this principle. How can electromagnetic radiation or lasers be factored into these ships of tommorow in a nonweapon sense? If the average temperature in space is  around 2.75 kelvin  will there be enough enough distance near these fields to reach 4.2 Kelvin - watts. Or will the  equipment have to be designed into  the ship to create that temperature. Could we build this device piece by piece in orbit?
