(1ThoughtForYouth)-Concerts to Corporations (330)-634-4271 and the assembling of this organization   
(OUR MISSION)   (1.) is to INSPIRE and energize the youth of the world. We plan to do this by Donations from the private sector, and by teaching kids to use their own money to form corporations. We are commited to using every resource we can to get kids help. (2.) Develope an effective system to uplift kids. One that could be beneficial to kids of all races and colors. A idea which could help in future years of unexpectance, and weakened economy. (3.) Form partnerships with corporations and schools into a world network of concious minded businesses. (4.) Use this same network to benefit future peace. Educated kids make concious kids.   
Purpose: 1ThoughtForYouth will be organized exclusively for charitable, and educational purposes. The purpose of this non-profit corporation is: Conduct benefit concerts whose proceeds go towards starting franchises and purchasing real estate kids own and work in. We will try and bring youth from age 15 and up into corporations they own. (1.) The plan was to find trusted executives with a track record of performance in each city to take the helm of each fund. Retired or active
CEO's wil be in place prior to a performance. The money raised will be invested directly into franchises kids own and work in. Providing not only a higher wage for all employees but also creating dividends. Every Child will have a share of a voting stock to introduce them to this procedure. 401k's use private equity funds to invest in retirements so we hope to use the same principle to invest in kids having a brighter future (3.) With each venue these ConcertstoCorporations could be duplicated across the world in a jumpstart of the global economy. (4.) Are strategy for organizing these startups will be to work directly with school systems, childrens organizations, and humanitarian groups. We hope to create a couple of model startups for other ConcertoCorporations to copy. (5.) A stockholder landmark would be for kids  to have ownership of office real estate in every major city. Make are youth aware that franchised businesses now take in 1$ of every 3$ spent by some countrys for goods and services or 40% of all retail sales about ($1 TRILLION). Also that a new franchise opens every six and a half minutes of each business day. (NO CHILD WITHOUT A STOCK) Each concert will be a new separate private equity fund. This stock will hopefully gain value as revenue is created by the company's activities such as Mcdonold's Restaurants. . Prevent juvenile delinquency and community deterioration. Create kids who understand other cultures and attempt to be broad minded. If children are raised without Morals of any race they will eventually have some form of difficulty or prejudice. Also teach
kids the importance of peace. The importance of ending suffering, poverty, and conflicts. Why it should be priority to help Developing nations become Globalized so 
 they in turn can be self supportive. The biomedical engineer who now becomes a leader in his field may create the breakthrough to cure HIV and possibly help save the World. " Even as the number of school aged continues to rise the total number

Teach why we have to be producitve and how it effects others. Causes others suffering in a society where markets depend on each other. Always remember that innovation should never become stagnate. From breakthroughs in Agricultural tech
-nology to Medicine, we must always look for new answers on the horizon. If we   
neglect these issues not only will the global economy suffer but human beings more importantly. Are greatest of resources. Just as teaching methods become obsolete so do are educational centers. Investment in education should also use new creative ideas like education bonds or VirtualBuildASchool.Com. Conduct a yearly telethon which raises money for all these seperate areas of upliftment!
